SOFTWARE STACK BUILDER
Build a software stack that works together.
Tell us how your business works. We’ll recommend combinations of tools that cover what you need, integrate sensibly and avoid unnecessary feature overlap.
Only need one tool? Use the Software Finder
STEP 1 OF 6
What best describes your business?
This shapes which tools are a natural operational fit — not just which tools have the right features.
Please choose the option that best describes your business.
STEP 2 OF 6
How big is your team?
Team size changes how much administration, routing, collaboration and scalability your stack needs.
Please choose your current team size.
STEP 3 OF 6
Where is the business today?
A new business benefits from a simpler architecture. A fast-growing team can justify more specialized tools and stronger integrations.
Please choose the stage that best reflects your business.
STEP 4 OF 6
What should your stack help you run?
Choose every area you want this stack to cover. We’ll look for the smallest sensible combination rather than forcing one tool per category.
Please select at least two areas so there is a meaningful stack to optimize.
STEP 5 OF 6
Are you starting from scratch?
If you already use software, we’ll keep those tools in the architecture and recommend only what adds useful coverage.
Select the tools you already useThese products will be locked into every recommended stack.
Please select at least one existing tool, or choose “build a new stack”.
STEP 6 OF 6
How should we balance the stack?
You’ll still see Lean, Balanced and Best Fit options. This preference tells us which architecture to highlight for you.
YOUR STACK OPTIONS
Three ways to build your software stack.
Each option is evaluated as a system — coverage, integrations and overlap matter alongside individual product fit.

We evaluate product combinations rather than adding together category winners. Strong coverage, business/team suitability and verified integration paths increase Stack Fit. Functional overlap, unnecessary tools, weak or unknown integration paths and budget overruns reduce it. A product that covers several jobs can replace multiple specialist tools when that creates a cleaner architecture. Unknown integration evidence remains uncertainty — it is not silently treated as incompatibility. Commercial relationships have no weight in the model.
