Business fit contributes 20% and team-size fit 15% using product-specific editorial fit profiles; live synchronized fit data overrides the built-in catalog snapshot. Budget, free-plan and trial preferences share up to 10% when selected. Skipped optional criteria are removed from the denominator. A verified failure on a priority marked as essential can cap a result. Unknown research is treated as uncertainty, not as a confirmed absence. Commercial relationships have no weight in the model.
